By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. All hardware devices are designed for personal and professional electronics usage in accordance with provided manufacturer voltage and amperage ratings.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. We ship our packages via UPS and delivery typically takes between 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your hardware order is dispatched.

SECTION 3 - 14-DAY PERFORMANCE RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase, please contact our technical support team at 1-800-762-7529 or email us at support@moderncircuitelectronics.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Returns must be shipped to our designated facility at: 401 N Front St Ste 300A, Columbus, OH 43215. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
